Telecalling Executive - EMI Collections (Kolkata)
Career Align Workforce is hiring Telecallers for an authorised BFSI partner (SBI, Bajaj Finserv, IDFC FIRST Bank, Tata Motors).
Role: Call retail loan defaulters, recover overdue EMIs, confirm payment dates, and guide customers on maintaining CIBIL scores.
Timings & Salary: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Day Shift) | ₹10,000 - ₹16,000/month + incentives.
Eligibility: 12th Pass or Graduate; fluent in Bengali & Hindi; freshers or experienced.
