Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales Process)

We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our agile team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

Qualifications:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.

- Age between 18 to 30 years.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.

- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.

- Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and resolve customer complaints.





- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.

- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month.
