Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers Can Apply)

Age Limit: Up to 29 Years

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential learners through outbound calls and regular follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Scaler programs.

Explain course details, benefits, learning outcomes, and career opportunities.

Counsel prospective learners regarding high-ticket educational programs worth ₹3- lakh.

Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to enrollment closure.

Achieve monthly sales targets and enrollment goals.

Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with prospective learners to improve conversion rates.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Candidates with previous EdTech, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Educational Counseling experience will be preferred.

Educational Qualifications:





Technical Background:

/ in a technical discipline.

Non-Technical Background:

BBA

MBA (Marketing & Sales)

Age Criteria: Up to 29 years.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management.

Ability to handle objections and close sales.
