You will be responsible for overlooking the service operations for DODO workshops.
Building service volume at current setups.
Eective management of the workshop team.
Ensure adherence to Service quality standards.
All service KPI’s (Service Retention, Service TAT, Parts target, NPS, VAS Sales etc.) Ideal Candidate :
3+ years of experience in workshop operations from an automotive background.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Excellent technical & multi-tasking skills.
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
