Job Description:

We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent to ensure excellent customer service, handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive guest relationships.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests professionally.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain guest records and service standards.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in guest relations or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
