Eligibility
No specific educational qualification required.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Previous hospital experience will be an added advantage.
Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in shifts as per hospital requirements.
Ability to work responsibly in a hospital workplace.
Physically fit to perform the duties required for the role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with movement and transfers as instructed by nursing staff.
Support patients in reaching wards, examination rooms, and other hospital departments.
Help maintain cleanliness and order in patient wards, beds, and surrounding areas as assigned.
Assist nursing staff with routine non-clinical patient-care activities.
Transport patients using wheelchairs or stretchers when required and properly trained.
Help move medical supplies, equipment, and other hospital materials as instructed.
Follow hospital hygiene, infection-control, and safety procedures.
Respond promptly to requests from nursing staff and other hospital personnel.
Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and privacy at all times.
Follow hospital rules, shift schedules, and departmental instructions.
Salary
₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary will be negotiable based on qualification and experience and will be finalized during the interview.
Additional Information
Immediate joining is preferred.
Shift duty will be applicable as per hospital requirements.
