SHTC India Holidays – Coimbatore

We are looking for a smart, energetic and customer-friendly Travel Sales Executive to join our growing travel business.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins
Handle customers from Tamil Nadu and other parts of India
Prepare tour packages, quotations and itineraries
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into bookings
Coordinate hotels, cars, drivers, sightseeing and other travel arrangements
Handle family tours, honeymoon packages, pilgrimage tours and South India holiday packages
Coordinate with customers and drivers during ongoing trips
Maintain booking, payment and customer records
Handle customer requirements and complaints professionally
Prepare daily enquiry and sales reports
Coordinate with hotels and transport suppliers
Upsell suitable travel services and packages

Candidate Requirements
Valuable communication in English and Tamil
Hindi speaking is preferable
Hindi-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Travel & Tourism experience preferred




Experience in tour packages / car rentals / hotel booking / travel agency is an advantage
Good knowledge of South India tourist destinations
Good WhatsApp, computer and Excel skills
Positive customer-handling and sales skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups

Preferred Candidate
Hindi-speaking candidate preferred
Travel agency experience preferred

Experience

1–3 years preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also be considered.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹23000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and sales ability.
