About the role

Hop Up India is looking for an energetic Waiter / Bartender to join our team in Zirakpur. You will serve food and drinks, prepare beverages, and help give every guest a fun and smooth visit to our gaming arena.

Key responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, seat them, and take food and beverage orders
Serve food, mocktails, and beverages accurately and on time
Prepare and serve drinks, mocktails, and other beverages as per standard recipes
Keep the bar, serving area, and tables clean, stocked, and organised
Tell guests about the menu, combos, and offers
Handle guest queries and complaints politely and professionally
Process bills and payments accurately
Work with the kitchen and operations team to keep service smooth
Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards





Requirements
Experience as a waiter, bartender, or barista is preferred. Freshers with a valuable attitude are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English and Punjabi are a plus)
Neat appearance and a friendly, positive attitude
Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable working rotational shifts as per the roster, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of basic bartending and mocktail preparation is an advantage
