Job Title: South Indian Chef

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around Thane will be preferred.

Job Description:
Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, including dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, and chutneys.
Preparation of Idli , Dosa and Vada Batter
Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations and food preparation efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Monitor ingredient stock and minimize food wastage.
Ensure timely preparation and service of orders.

Requirements:
Prior experience as a South Indian Chef preferred.
Knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen.
Valuable hygiene and time-management skills.
