Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Assistant Manager – Retail Sales to manage route sales, drive sales targets, lead the sales team, oversee centre operations, and develop business opportunities across the assigned markets. Candidates with FMCG sales experience and strong team-handling skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage route sales operations and ensure effective execution.

2. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

3. Prepare MIS reports and manage sales data.

4. Lead, supervise, and manage the sales team.

5. Oversee the overall management of the centre and team.

6. Drive business development and identify new market opportunities.

7. Conduct market research and sales analysis to identify growth opportunities.

8. Support the team in marketing and sales activities.

9. Conduct periodic briefings to educate, guide,



and motivate the sales team.

10. Maintain effective communication and coordination with all staff members.

11. Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations and team performance.

Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong sales and team management skills.

2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

3. Good knowledge of the local market.

4. Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.

5. Solid analytical skills for sales analysis and MIS reporting.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team.

7. Punctual, polite, responsible, and sincere towards work.

8. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language (Marathi preferred).

9. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence; a four-wheeler driving licence is highly preferred.

10. Must be willing to commute to both Goregaon and Chunabhatti.

11. Local candidates are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with 4–7 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, and proven experience in team handling, route sales management, target achievement, MIS reporting, market analysis, and business development.
