Hiring: EHS Officer for an Electrical Goods Manufacturing Factory, Yewat, Pune

Diploma in Industrial Safety is mandatory. Speaking Marathi preferred

Experience: 5+ years in safety management (manufacturing experience is mandatory)

Qualification: Diploma or degree in Engineering

Certification: Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory). NEBOSH IGC, IOSH or ISO 45001 IA preferred.

CTC: Rs. 5-8 LPA (negotiable)

Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 6 days a week

Factory bus: Swargate, Hadapsar, Urli Kanchan, Loni Kalbhor

What you will handle:

HSE policy and Factories Act / Maharashtra Factory Rules compliance

Safety training, induction and toolbox talks

Incident and near-miss investigation

Statutory records and liaison with Factory Inspector, MPCB and DISH

LOTO, permit-to-work and emergency response systems
