Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee (AI/ML) to join our energetic team. As an AI/ML Engineer Trainee, you will work on developing and supporting machine learning models, Generative AI applications and AI-driven solutions. You will be involved in data preparation, model building, prompt engineering, testing, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutions to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities & Activities

1. Participate in the development of AI/ML and GenAI solutions and follow coding standards, best practices, and data science conventions.
2. Assist in designing architecture, training, and evaluating machine learning models using Python-based frameworks.
3. Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks for tasks like text generation, summarization, chatbots, autonomous agents, and content automation.
4. Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python for data processing, model development, and GenAI integrations.
5. Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering from structured and unstructured data sources.
6. Conduct model testing, validation, and performance evaluation using appropriate metrics.

Assist in prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs for specific use cases.
8. Troubleshoot and debug code to identify and resolve issues in data pipelines, models, and AI applications.
9. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress and findings.
10. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, research papers, and technologies in AI/ML and Generative AI.
11. Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
12. Adhere to project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Required Skills

- Strong in analysis and logical thinking.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, EdgeAI/TinyML and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good in programming language Python and optionally in C/C++.
- Basic knowledge of libraries such as NumPy, Pandas and Scikit-learn.
- Basic knowledge of database management (like MySQL).

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
- Familiarity with GenAI, EdgeAI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, NXP eIQ, Edge impulse or similar).
- Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI).
- Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or basic statistics/probability concepts.
- Basic understanding of Agentic AI concepts and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).
