Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various domains. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in navigating Indian job portals—specifically Naukri.com, Foundit—to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and minimize time-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring manager requirements to onboarding.
- Portal Expertise: Utilize Naukri (Resdex) and Foundit for advanced boolean searches, headhunting, and mapping niche talent pools.
- Volume & Entry-Level Hiring: Leverage the platform effectively to source blue-collar, grey-collar, and entry-level white-collar candidates quickly.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial telephonic screenings, assess cultural fit, and evaluate technical/functional competencies.
- Interview Coordination:



Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of active and passive candidates for immediate and future business needs.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update and manage candidate data accurately within the internal ATS or tracking sheets.
- Offer & Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations, roll out offer letters, and follow up closely with selected candidates until day of joining.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience as a Recruiter (Agency or Corporate).
- Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, Foundit recruiter portal..
- Sourcing Techniques: Solid mastery of Boolean search strings, X-ray searches, and social media hiring (LinkedIn).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to pitch opportunities effectively.
- Negotiation: Strong interpersonal and salary negotiation skills.
- Time Management: Ability to multi-task and close positions within strict timelines
