ClearrCUT is looking for a City Leader, not just an Operations Manager, to own and grow our business in Kolkata.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Type: Full-Time

Reports to: CEO / Management

What you'll own:

Monthly booking, revenue and collection targets

Day-to-day city operations and service quality

Leading Operations, Customer Support and Sales/BD teams

Service professional availability, onboarding and performance

Customer experience, retention and repeat bookings

Expansion into new areas and service categories

City-level P&L; and contribution margin

Who we're looking for:

Strong experience in operations, sales, business development or city management

Background in home services, beauty and wellness, hyperlocal, marketplace or startup operations (preferred)

Strong leadership and people-management skills

Target-oriented, numbers-driven and quick at decision-making

Deep understanding of the Kolkata market

Entrepreneurial mindset with a solid sense of ownership
