Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: –15 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Team Handling: 4–5 Members

Reporting To: Founder

About the Role:

Aver Media is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead its sales function, drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships and manage a dedicated sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of 4–5 sales professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and build solid client relationships across different industry verticals.
- Drive corporate sales, client acquisition and business development.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients.
- Develop new markets and expand the company's business presence across India.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines and revenue targets.
- Report directly to the Founder on sales performance and business growth.

Candidates with relevant sales leadership experience in:

- Events & Event Management
- Advertising & Media Agencies
- FM Radio
- Insurance
- Real Estate
- Banking (Liability Division)
- Media & Entertainment
- Similar Business Development / Client Acquisition Agencies

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of overall sales/business development experience.
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership and networking skills.

Compensation: 12–15 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives.
