Process Specialist – Financial Spreading

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA

Job Responsibilities

- Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Extract and spread financial data from company financial statements into standardized formats.
- Review financial information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Analyze financial ratios and key financial indicators.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure data quality as per process guidelines.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Follow established financial spreading procedures and compliance standards.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Financial Spreading.
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis and financial ratios.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Positive MS Excel and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational/flexible shifts.
