What would you do

- Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines
- 1. Conduct external sourcing by mining the existing talent pool and candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements
- 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates and new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest
- Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market

- US & Canada recruitment Experience is a Must have
- Excellent communication skills, Uses professional, error-free grammar and formatting in emails
- Speaks with clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual interactions. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines
- 1. Conduct external sourcing by mining the existing talent pool and candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements
- 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates and recent profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions
- 3. Support candidate intake using electronic phone or paper methods and process electronic candidate profiles and applications
- 4. Develop a list of candidates to be screened pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate
