Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Handle CAFM/CMMS work orders and maintenance reports.
- Monitor energy efficiency and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with vendors.
Required Skills: MEP operations, BMS, CAFM/CMMS, MS Excel, and troubleshooting.
