Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation.

The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates and procedures.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.
- Ability to handle transport management and change control processes within SAP systems.
- Familiarity with database administration and backup/recovery procedures related to SAP platforms.
- Knowledge of security administration and user management in SAP environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
