Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Academic Counsellor with excellent communication and presentation skills. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and freshers regarding internship programs, explaining program details, addressing queries, and building relationships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and freshers regarding training opportunities, and career development.
- Explain program details, eligibility criteria, duration, benefits, and registration procedures.
- Conduct presentations and communicate program information to students and relevant stakeholders.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, messages, and face-to-face discussions.
- Coordinate with colleges and educational institutions for presentations and skilled engagements.
- Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the registration process.
- Maintain student databases, counselling records, follow-up reports, and daily activity trackers.
- Achieve assigned counselling and registration targets.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and other engagements.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, student counselling, admissions, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly and handle queries confidently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in student counselling, internship programs, admissions, or educational coordination will be preferred.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and comfortable with face-to-face interactions.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
