Key Responsibilities

Collect payments in cash and through other approved payment modes from customers.

Maintain accurate daily records of all collections and transactions.

Issue receipts and maintain proper payment documentation.

Deposit collected cash into the company's designated bank account.

Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding pending payments.

Follow up with customers for outstanding dues and overdue payments.

Reconcile daily collections with invoices and payment records.

Submit daily collection reports to management.

Ensure the safe handling and security of company funds.

Report any discrepancies or payment-related issues immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum graduate preferred.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Good numerical and calculation skills.

Honest, reliable, and responsible.

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Previous experience in cash collection, accounts, or payment handling will be preferred.
