We are looking for a responsible, proactive and customer-oriented Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations, manage staff, ensure quality service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the store, from order acceptance to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

- Manage end-to-end daily laundry operations.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor washing, drying, ironing, folding and dry-cleaning activities.
- Ensure proper handling of premium and delicate garments.
- Maintain operational discipline and cleanliness within the store.

2. Staff Management

- Supervise laundry operators, ironing staff and pickup/delivery executives.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor employee productivity.
- Manage staff attendance, punctuality and grooming.
- Train employees on garment handling, quality standards and customer service.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service-related issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and payments.

4. Quality Control

- Inspect garments before processing and after completion.
- Ensure there are no garment mix-ups, damages or missing items.
- Monitor washing, stain removal, ironing and packaging quality.
- Ensure orders are properly tagged and segregated.

5. Inventory & Store Management

- Maintain stock of detergents, chemicals,



packaging materials and other consumables.
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance.
- Maintain daily records of orders, expenses and consumable usage.

6. Billing & Reporting

- Ensure accurate order entry, billing and payment collection.
- Maintain daily sales and order reports.
- Monitor pending orders, deliveries and customer dues.
- Share daily operational updates with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in laundry, dry cleaning, hotel housekeeping or retail operations.
- Good staff management and leadership skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- Positive communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities independently.
- Honest, disciplined and accountable.

- On-time order completion and delivery.

- Reduction in garment damage, loss and rework.
- Daily sales and operational efficiency.
- Staff productivity and attendance.
- Accurate billing and inventory management.

Working Conditions

- Full-time, on-site position.
- Working hours and weekly off as per company policy.
- Must be comfortable managing day-to-day store operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
