About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, lead management, client communication, and closing deals. You will be responsible for converting potential customers into paying clients and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming sales leads and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, share product catalogues, and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely updates.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients to maximize conversions.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, or CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote workplace.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple leads efficiently.

Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, customized merchandise, apparel, or bulk order sales.
