The patient welfare officers visit the patient on a daily basis to inform patient about their rights and responsibilities, resolve their problems, and discuss the patient requirement and medical advice directed by the consultants accordingly.

Identify vulnerable patient in the floor give priority to complete their visit process in the hospital

To provide a front line fully comprehensive,



professional and courteous reception service for the OPD and surgical coordination. To deal sensitively with inquiries from patients and patient attenders.

Respond independently to critical situations in accordance with instructions and based on general knowledge of consultant’s clinical practice and specific familiarity with his/her regular and special patients.

Monitor collection of patient feedback, proactively collect google review.

To motivate and educate the patients about the procedures and surgeries done in the hospital by the skilled surgeons and usage of latest technology.

Counseling services to elderly patients to decide on eye problems and help them to decide about their surgeries or procedures.

Give information to the patients about the facilities available in the hospital.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
