- Experience - Minimum 1yr experience required from Banking Process ( Inbound / Outbound ) from BPO Industry.
- Skills Required -
- Need candidates with banking experience and must be familiar with banking terms (Demand Draft, Cheque, credit card, Debit Card, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking)
- To handle bank customer queries/complaints and resolve the same over the Email,
- Languages - Excellent communication skills needed in English.
- Qualification - Any Graduates
- Shift - Day shift ( 8Am - 9pm ) Any 9 hours
- Week Off - Sunday Fixed Off
- Salary Range
- ( 6 - 12Month Exp - 21.8K )
- ( 24+Month Exp - 28.9k )
- Location - Ghansoli Navi Mumbai
