We are currently looking for candidates for an Inside Sales / Business Development role and would appreciate your support in sourcing suitable profiles as per the below requirements.
Position Details:
Experience: 2–4 years
Budget: upto 6-6.5 LPA
Joining: Immediate
Shift Timing: UK shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM), with an initial Indian shift
Target Geography: UK and USA markets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Technology Sales.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IT services company is mandatory. Candidates from SaaS or BPO backgrounds may be considered only if they meet this requirement.
Proven experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and account-based research.
Robust communication, presentation, and storytelling skills,
with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
Experience managing sales pipelines, meeting outreach targets, and working toward performance goals.
Exposure to SMB, mid-market, or enterprise accounts in the UK and USA markets.
Familiarity with sales automation tools such as Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
