Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers at the project site, contacting potential buyers through assigned leads, arranging meetings and site visits, explaining project details, building strong customer relationships, and converting prospective buyers into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Site Visits

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the project site.

- Conduct guided site visits and explain project features, location advantages, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.

- Professionally handle customer queries, objections, and concerns.

2. Lead Calling & Follow-Ups

- Call prospective customers using leads provided by the company.





- Explain the project and generate interest among potential buyers.

- Invite customers for meetings and project site visits.

- Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and messages.

- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and site visits.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Confidence in conducting property presentations and site visits.

- Ability to generate interest and convert leads into sales.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

- Ability to work at the project site and travel locally when required.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.

- 1–5 years of sales experience preferred.

- Experience in real estate, Residential flats or any property sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
