1. Responsible for continuous monitoring of coal quality at different stages of mining, excavation, transportation, stockpiling

2. Ensure systematic and representative sampling of coal from working faces, stockyards, dispatch points in accordance with applicable BIS/IS standards

3. Monitor key coal quality parameters, including GCV, ash, moisture and size distribution, to ensure conformity with declared coal grades

4. Coordinate with Mines Dispatch and Quality Control departments to maintain consistency in coal quality and prevent contamination or unintended mixing of different grades.

5. Identify reasons for grade slippage and quality variations to concerned authorities.

6. Monitor grade-wise coal stock management, segregation, handling and loading operations to ensure preservation of coal quality up to the point of dispatch.

7. Maintain mine-wise quality records and analyze production, sampling, test results and dispatch data for identifying trends and areas requiring improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
