About the Role: We are looking for an Associate - Consulting to join our growing consulting team and work closely with students throughout their study abroad application journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys one-on-one problem solving, structured thinking, and mentoring-driven work, and wants to build deep expertise in global admissions consulting.

As an Associate, you will be directly responsible for managing a cohort of students and supporting them across profile evaluation, application strategy, essays, CVs, and overall execution. You will work closely with the founders to ensure every student receives high quality, personalised guidance.

Salary: INR 8- 12 Lakh per annum

Location: This role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in office in Aerocity, Gurugram, India.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end application execution for assigned students across Master’s programs
- Conduct detailed profile evaluations and help students identify strengths, gaps, and positioning strategies
- Guide students on CV structuring, essay ideation, and storytelling, ensuring clarity,



coherence, and authenticity
- Review and provide structured feedback on SOPs, essays, resumes, and application forms
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring timely execution and smooth communication
- Coordinate internally with founders and other consultants to maintain high service quality
- Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
