The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of both Indian and international financial markets, along with strong communication, lead generation, and business development skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective clients, promoting financial market training programmes, and converting potential customers into business opportunities. Candidates with experience in stock markets, financial services, brokerage firms, trading education, or financial market business development are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through telephone calls, online platforms, networking, referrals, and other business development activities. - Contact prospective clients and explain the company's stock market training programmes and services. - Identify potential customers interested in stock market education and financial market training. - Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into enrolments and business opportunities. - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management. - Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients whenever required. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. - Explain stock market concepts and training programmes clearly to interested candidates. - Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.



- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments. - Stay updated on developments in Indian and international financial markets. - Submit regular reports on lead generation, sales performance, and business development activities. - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery. Required Skills and Knowledge - Good understanding of the Indian stock market and its operations. - Knowledge of equity markets, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and derivatives. - Understanding of international financial markets and instruments, including forex and commodities, where applicable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong lead generation, sales, negotiation, and client conversion abilities. - Ability to explain financial market concepts in simple language. - Good follow-up, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. - Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets. Educational Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Relevant financial market certifications will be an added advantage. Experience - Experience in stock markets, financial services, brokerage firms, trading education, or financial market business development is preferred.
