- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and provide accurate product and service information.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Support teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to lead generation and customer engagement.
- Maintain proper documentation and prepare call reports as per company procedures.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
