- Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle enquiries and test drives.
- Contact customers for service reminders and follow-ups.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, schemes and promotional activities.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback regarding sales and after-sales services.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Ensure timely follow-up until customer issues are resolved.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. fresher are eligible
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
