About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Field Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products.
- Generate new business leads through direct field visits and market networking.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities whenever required.
- Increase product awareness, visibility, and market presence.
- Monitor competitor activities and share valuable market insights.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and outstanding dues, whenever required.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain and submit daily field visit, customer interaction, and sales reports.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate candidates preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
