Job Summary

LAA Organics is looking for a skilled and creative Chocolatier responsible for preparing, developing and producing high-quality chocolates and chocolate-based products. The candidate should have hands-on experience in chocolate making, tempering, moulding, flavour development, decoration and premium chocolate packaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of chocolates, including dark, milk and white chocolates.
- Perform chocolate tempering, moulding, dipping and enrobing.
- Develop innovative chocolate recipes, flavours and product varieties.
- Prepare filled chocolates, truffles, pralines, chocolate bars and assorted chocolate products.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance and product quality.
- Handle chocolate equipment, tools and production machinery.
- Manage raw materials, ingredients and inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, packaging and labelling of finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards during production.




- Minimise material wastage and maintain daily production records.
- Explore new chocolate varieties and techniques to improve the product range.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or certification in Chocolate Making, Patisserie or relevant training preferred.
- 2–4 years of practical experience in chocolate production.
- Expertise in chocolate tempering and moulding techniques.
- Knowledge of ganache, pralines, truffles and chocolate fillings.
- Creativity in chocolate design, flavour combinations and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and storage standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage production responsibilities.

Preferred Candidate

A passionate and detail-oriented qualified with expertise in artisan chocolate making, premium chocolate production and new product development.

Compensation: Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, practical skills and expertise.
