Job Overview

TSN Interio & UPVC Industries is looking for an experienced, target-oriented Furniture Field Marketing Executive to expand its furniture dealer and distributor network across Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and other potential markets.

The selected candidate will personally visit furniture showrooms, dealers, wholesalers and distributors to present our products, generate orders, develop business relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Visits & Business Development

- Visit furniture dealers, retailers, wholesalers and distributors regularly.
- Present furniture products, pricing, quality and dealership opportunities.
- Identify potential dealers and establish new business relationships.
- Convert prospective dealers into regular customers.

2. Product Presentation & Sales

- Explain furniture product features, specifications, designs, finishes and pricing.
- Present product catalogues, dealer margins and commercial terms.
- Generate bulk orders and repeat business.
- Coordinate quotations, orders and dispatches with the factory team.

3. Territory Management

- Must have valuable market knowledge of Anantapur, Kurnool, Kadapa and Bellary (Ballari).
- Candidates with dealer networks in other districts or states are also welcome.
- Plan daily dealer visits and district-wise marketing activities.
- Explore new business opportunities and potential markets.

4. Monthly Targets & Reporting

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Develop new dealer accounts and maintain existing customers.
- Submit daily dealer visit reports and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders and outstanding payments as per company policy.

5. Dealer Relationship Management





- Build strong relationships with furniture showroom owners, wholesalers and distributors.
- Explain dealer pricing, margins, delivery schedules and company policies.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and repeat orders.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in furniture marketing, dealer sales or B2B furniture distribution.
- Good knowledge of furniture markets in Anantapur, Kurnool, Kadapa and Bellary.
- Existing furniture dealer contacts will be an added advantage.
- Experience in engineered-wood furniture, office furniture, study tables or modular furniture preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
- Telugu required; Kannada and Hindi are added advantages.
- Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.

Work Location & Travel

Reporting Location: TSN Interio & UPVC Industries, Gooty Road, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.

Nature of Work: On-site field marketing involving regular visits to furniture dealers, wholesalers, retailers and distributors.

Primary Territories: Anantapur, Kurnool, Kadapa and Bellary.

Additional Territories: Other districts and states depending on business requirements.
