Job Summary

We are looking for a enthusiastic, target-driven, and persuasive Admission Counselor to join our team in Udumalpet. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and parents, handling telephonic inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and assisting with college admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Telecalling & Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads to introduce educational programs and admission opportunities.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer inbound calls and messages, address queries regarding course details, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures promptly.
- Student Counseling: Conduct structured counseling sessions (telephonic and walk-in) to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable colleges and courses.
- Admission Pipeline Management: Follow up consistently with prospective students to guide them through application submission and final enrollment.




- Data & Lead Management: Maintain and update lead records, call logs, and conversion data accurately in the CRM/Excel.
- Database Building: Assist in expanding lead pipelines through active student engagement and local outreach efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.A., B.Com, B.E., or equivalent).
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Working knowledge of English is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and mobile communication applications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
