Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Store Keeper to manage the day-to-day store operations at The Foresta Resort & Spa. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of goods, ensuring proper stock records and timely availability of materials for all departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and goods against purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, and available in the store.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about low-stock items and replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
- Coordinate with all departments, including Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance, for their store requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items, beverages, cleaning materials, and other supplies.
- Monitor expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices wherever applicable.
- Prevent stock wastage, damage, pilferage, and unnecessary consumption.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the store area.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports as required by management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
