Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell spare parts, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell spare parts to existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and convert inquiries into orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, workshops, and customers.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of fast-moving spare parts.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Handle customer complaints, product returns, and warranty claims effectively.
- Work efficiently under sales targets and deadlines.

Skills and Requirements





- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts or related machinery and equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, billing software, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and visit customers as required.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in spare parts sales or a related sales role is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered, depending on company requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
