About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic business opportunities across West Bengal.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills, along with a proven track record of achieving business targets and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across West Bengal.
- Build and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Explore new markets, potential clients, and business expansion opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and business revenue.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
- Lead business negotiations, presentations, and client meetings.
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor sales activities, business performance, and revenue growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular business development reports and present performance updates to management.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, motivate,



and manage the business development team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Market Expansion & Travel
- Travel extensively across different locations in West Bengal.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
- Identify potential business partners, associates, and strategic collaborations.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or a relevant discipline.
- Candidates with a Master's degree from a reputed college or university will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or business expansion.
- Proven experience in achieving business targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent market research, analytical, and strategic planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.
