Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Leisure Travel Sales skilled with strong expertise in B2C sales of international holiday packages and excellent knowledge of long-haul destinations such as Europe, USA and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails and travel agents.
- Sell international holiday packages and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Have strong destination knowledge, particularly Europe, USA and other long-haul destinations.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages and itineraries.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and travel agents.




- Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth booking and post-sales support.
- Maintain enquiry databases, sales reports and follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries, escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and generate additional revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Leisure Travel Sales – B2C.
- Mandatory experience in selling International Holiday Packages.
- Strong knowledge of long-haul destinations, especially Europe and USA.
- Experience in handling end-to-end sales, customer enquiries and booking closures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
