Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and experienced married couple (Husband & Wife) to work as Teachers cum Hostel Wardens in a reputed residential school. Both candidates will be responsible for teaching students, managing hostel activities, maintaining discipline, and ensuring the safety and overall well-being of residential students.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom teaching according to assigned subjects and classes.
- Prepare lesson plans and maintain academic standards.
- Evaluate students' performance through tests and assignments.
- Provide additional academic support and guidance to hostel students.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

2. Hostel Management Responsibilities

- Supervise daily hostel operations and student activities.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the hostel.
- Monitor students' attendance, study hours, meal timings, and bedtime routines.
- Ensure students follow school and hostel rules.
- Handle student concerns, emergencies, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with school management regarding hostel requirements.

3. Student Care & Welfare

- Provide parental care, emotional support, and guidance to residential students.
- Monitor students' health,



hygiene, and personal development.
- Maintain effective communication with school authorities and parents.
- Encourage good behaviour, teamwork, and moral values.

Eligibility Criteria

- Marital Status: Married couple (Husband & Wife).
- Educational Qualification: Graduation / B.Ed. preferred.
- Teaching Experience: Previous teaching experience in schools preferred.
- Hostel Experience: Experience in residential school or hostel management will be an added advantage.
- Communication Skills: Good English and Hindi communication skills.
- Age: As per school requirements.
- Both husband and wife should be willing to reside on the school campus.
