Job Title: TeleSales Team Leader
Job Description:
- Lead and supervise the team of telesales executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and individual sales performance.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve calling quality, customer handling, and conversion rates.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and effective lead management.
- Track team productivity and prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Maintain high standards of customer communication and ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
