Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals for our client in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales, customer support backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's services and offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans or services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer queries, follow up with potential customers, and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.




- Ability to handle customer queries and manage sales conversations effectively.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.

Candidates with telesales experience will be preferred.

Employment History and Documentation Requirements

- Candidates should demonstrate employment stability, preferably with at least 1.8 years or more in their previous organization.
- Candidates with frequent job changes or very short employment tenures may not be considered.

Candidates must have the necessary employment documents, including:

- Last three months' salary slips
- Previous employment offer or appointment letter
- Experience certificate and/or relieving letter, as applicable
- Other relevant employment and salary verification documents as required during the hiring process.

Salary Package

Depending on experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
