- Key Role & Responsibilities :-

- 1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Target Achievement: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within key industrial belts, infrastructure projects, fleet operators, and mining sectors.
- Pricing & Margins: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry dynamics to drive profitable pricing strategies and tender biddings
- 2*. Key Account & Corporate Relationship Management*
- B2B Engagement: Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with major corporate clients, fleet owners, key accounts, and OEM partners.
- Site & Mine Visits: Travel to remote mining sites, industrial operations to evaluate tyre performance, conduct technical audits, and resolve client grievances first-hand.
- Value Selling: Provide technical consultations to key accounts regarding tyre life cycle management, cost-per-hour (CPH) optimization, and rethreading solutions.
- 3*. Team Leadership & Management*
- Team Handling: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales engineers, technical specialists, and channel partners.
- Performance Management: Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct periodic performance reviews, and provide hands-on coaching to uplift team productivity.
- Capability Building:



Train the sales and technical teams on product upgrades, application engineering (especially for OTR tyres), and up-to-date consultative selling techniques.
- 4*. Reporting & Operations*
- Management Reporting: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports for senior management.
- Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability and smooth delivery to client sites.

- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven sales and business development experience specifically within the Tyre Industry. Hands-on experience dealing with clients in heavy industries, mining belts, infrastructure, or large-scale fleet operations.

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

- Jharsuguda, Odisha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
