Additional Info : Activities Of Daily Living (Adls): Help Patients With Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, And Feeding.Health Monitoring: Check And Record Vital Signs Such As Temperature, Pulse, And Blood Pressure, And Report Sudden Changes To Medical Staff.Medication Support: Remind Patients To Take Prescribed Medications Or Assist With Administration As Per Care Plans.Mobility Assistance: Help Patients Move Around The House, Transfer From Beds To Wheelchairs, Or Perform Prescribed Physical Exercises.
