Additional Info : Design And Develop Special Purpose Machines (Spms), Automation Systems, Vmc/Hmc-Related Systems, Jigs And Fixtures.- Prepare 3D Models, 2D Engineering Drawings, Bills Of Materials (Boms), And Technical Documentation.- Perform Engineering Calculations, Fea, And Simulations To Evaluate Stress, Deformation, Vibration, Thermal Effects, And Structural Integrity.- Select And Evaluate Motors, Drives, Ball Screws, Linear Guides, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Servo Systems, Sensors, And Spindles.- Apply Design For Manufacturing (Dfm), Design For Assembly (Dfa), Gd&T;, Fits, Tolerances, And Fmea.- Coordinate With Manufacturing, Assembly, And Procurement Teams To Ensure Design Feasibility And Quality.- Support Prototype Development, Machine Trials, Debugging, Testing, And Commissioning. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
