Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: 25,000–30,000 per month + Performance Incentive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a smart, confident and highly proactive professional who can independently handle Billing, Receivables and Payment Recovery from our clients.

This is not a routine billing/accounting job. The person should be exceptionally good at client communication, persistent follow-ups and getting committed payment dates converted into actual collections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Billing & Documentation

- Prepare and submit GST invoices / RA Bills
- Coordinate for Work Orders, PO, GRN, measurements, certifications and invoice approvals
- Maintain customer-wise billing records
- Coordinate with project/site teams for billing requirements

Receivables & Recovery

- Daily follow-up with clients for outstanding payments
- Maintain customer-wise Ageing & Outstanding Reports
- Follow up personally with Accounts, Purchase, Project and Management teams of clients
- Obtain clear payment commitment dates
- Track commitments until payment is actually received
- Identify reasons for payment delays and coordinate internally to resolve them
- Special focus on 60 / 90 / 120+ days overdue payments
- Escalate critical overdue accounts to senior management

MIS & Reporting





- Daily Collection / Recovery Report
- Outstanding & Ageing Report
- Promise-to-Pay Tracker
- Weekly recovery status
- Customer-wise collection performance

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who is:

Excellent at telephone communication and negotiation

Smart, confident and qualified while dealing with senior client personnel

Persistent without damaging client relationships

Strong in follow-up and closure

Able to handle pressure and multiple clients simultaneously

Good in Excel and preferably Tally

Comfortable speaking with Accounts Heads, Finance Managers, Project Managers and senior management

Someone who doesn’t simply send reminders — someone who gets the payment moving

PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE

Additional incentive will be provided for achieving collection/recovery targets, particularly for:

- Recovery of long-pending outstanding amounts
- Reduction in ageing receivables
- Achieving monthly collection targets
- Recovery against committed payment dates

IMPORTANT

Candidates with proven experience in B2B payment collection / receivables / recovery from contractors, infrastructure companies, construction companies or large corporate clients will be preferred.
