Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Plastic / Mechanical Engineering

Additional qualification in Supply Chain Management / Procurement preferred

Knowledge of IATF

- Experience in Plastic parts
- Selection of Suppliers
- Procurement of material and negotiate favourable pricing, delivery times, and payment terms with vendors.
- Inventory control - Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring seamless manufacturing and fulfilment operations.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency
- Vendor Management: Build solid, long-lasting relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure continuity and quality.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all supply chain and warehousing operations adhere to local safety standards and legal regulations.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
