Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain project management office (PMO) processes, procedures, and standards to ensure effective program delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Provide guidance on Agile/Scrum methodologies, Prince2 framework, Lean Six Sigma principles, and Workday implementation best practices.
- Analyze data from various sources such as Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations, Dashboarding tools to inform decision-making.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in Program Management or related field with expertise in Governance, Reporting & Dashboarding.
- Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies including PMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in using tools like Workday HCM system for managing projects.
