• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System
• Ensure compliance with ISO and customer requirements
• Handle internal, customer & certification audits
• Manage CAPA, RCA, 8D and non-conformities
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely closure
• Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Maintain QMS documentation and records
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality improvement
*Required Skills* :
Robust knowledge of QMS & ISO
Experience in audits and quality improvement activities
